What is the return policy?
Since we create personalised items we have a strict and straightforward policy. There is NO 14 DAY RETURN POLICY on personalised items however if the product arrives Faulty, Not As Described, or Damaged In Transit then we will work with you to our best standard to assist and send a new book out.
When will I get my order?
Heres how it works:
- Processing your information, 1-2 days
- Story line and picture creation, 24-32 days
- Physical book copy creation, 2-3 days
- For it to arrive to you, 1-5 days
Best option for you and your child is to order 3 of these at a time which reduces waiting time and you will get more books.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
